Video cameras radiate a signal that can be picked up by the VCD-42's internal directional antenna.
When a video camera is detected, the red LED on the VCD-42 glows brightly. By using the Sensitivity control along with the directional antenna, you can quickly pinpoint the camera's location.
Our tests with various cameras have shown a detection range that varies from 3 feet to 12 feet, depending on the type of camera.
